The Company

Klic LPM is a new starter company whose USP is that they offer a full professional, relatable and honest service to landlords and tenants, creating a more personal relationship which is long lasting.  Based locally in Rochdale, they have great knowledge of the rental market in Rochdale and its surrounding areas and use this to provide clear, accurate advice to landlords and tenants.

Although the company is new, the staff are not!  With almost 50 years’ experience in Lettings and Management, Andy and Natalie are the go-to team for all of your lettings and property management needs, help and advice.

The team

Andy is a resident of Norden and has been all his life.  Having worked in property for over 30 years, he has developed trusted relationships with landlords and started to build a property management portfolio.  As a local businessman, Andy is in touch with the community and knows what landlords are looking for – he prides himself on offering an honest, cost-effective way of property maintenance and management which, with nearly 200 properties on the records, has proven to be successful.  Andy loves his cars and hold a special place in his heart for Ferraris, of which he owns one!  He attends regular motor sport and other sporting events as much as he can and squeezes family time in, in between!

Natalie has lived in Rochdale all of her life and has worked in property management for 20 years dealing with all aspects of the field from marketing to legal work.  ARLA qualified and well in the know about the local lettings market she has built up successful relationships within the sector. Natalie is kept busy by her 2 children, regularly goes to the gym and is very involved with her eldest daughter’s netball team.  ARLA qualified, Natalie is the perfect person to advise and guide you through letting your property from advertising and referencing to tenancy management and checkout.
