LANDLORD FEES

LET ONLY – one calendar month’s rent

RENT COLLECTION – One off set up fee of £300 then 8% of the rental figure per month.

FULL MANAGEMENT – Upfront set up fee of 3 weeks rent then 10% of the rental figure per month.

ADDITIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED

Inventory / Schedule of condition – £50

Additional Property checks – £25

Renewal tenancy fee – £100

Annual statements – £25
